Saturday is the BIG day.

The 2024 CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

Who will lift the 🏆 trophy ?

Will it be the Rotterdam Trojans in their first year ?

Will it be the Amsterdam Crusaders for the ThreePeat ?

The venue for this epic clash will be the field of the Brussels Tigers.

Kickoff: 6 pm

Of course there will be our Live Stream through the BNL YouTube channel but nothing beats standing on the sideline to see all the action up close and personal.

It’s their first time around in the BNL Football

It’s their first time around in the BNL Football League but the Rotterdam Trojans steam-rolled their way into the final and its ON at the 6th of July. Ending on top of the regular season rankings as the number#1 seed got them the direct ticket to the finals with some BYE weeks to prepare for the big battle. The battle for the trophy 🏆

BNL III is what is at stake.

Their opponent on the 6th will be the reigning and already back to back BNL Champions, the Amsterdam Crusaders. The Crusaders had a rollercoaster season with some early highs and some mid season lows losing to both Brussels Black Angels and to the Rotterdam Trojans at their Homefield in the beginning of May.

Because of the two losses the Crusaders ended up as the second seed and had to play the semi-final against the Brussels Black Angels. They won this bout and coming off this victory they will now meet the steaming hot Trojans on the Home field of the Brussels Tigers in Brussels, Evere.

The kickoff will be at 6 pm and the game will be Live Streamed, as you are used of the BNL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, through our BNL YouTube channel.

Who will WIN it all?

Is it going to be the surging Rotterdam Trojans in their first ever BNL Championship Game appearance or will it be the defending champions looking to add another ring in their quest for a Threepeat ? Two busses leaving Brussels. Which one will carry the trophy 🏆?

Come all to see it for yourself. With your own eyes. History in the making. It will all unfold on the Homefield of the Brussels Tigers.

Amsterdam Crusaders won their semi final battle ag

Amsterdam Crusaders won their semi final battle against the visiting Brussels Black Angels. The game started out with both teams not being able to punch it in for the points. Halftime score was 07-00 in favor of the Home team. The second half saw the Crusaders take the lead to 15-00 early on. But the Black Angels came back with a big play to shorten the lead to 15-06. After that the Crusader offense found their swing back and extended the lead to the final score of 35-06.
With this win they punched their ticket to the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME in Evere, Belgium 🇧🇪 on the 6th of July on the field of the Brussels Tigers. Kickoff: 6 pm

There they will face the Rotterdam Trojans who were already placed for the final by ending as the #1 seed of the regular season.

Tickets 🎟️ for the BNL III are available in the Facebook event for the game and through the Brussels Tigers socials and website.

See you all on field in Evere on the 6th of July. It’s where history will be made.

The Rotterdam Trojans have already qualified for the final since they ended the regular season as the number 1 seed.

On the 22nd of June the Brussels Black Angels will go to Sportspark Sloten in Amsterdam to play the defending BNL Champs, the Amsterdam Crusaders, for what promises to be a battle of the Titans. Please go there to see this epic match yourself. In person.

The winner will gain a ticket to the field of the Brussels Tigers, hosts of the BNL Championship Game.

BNL III will be played on the 6th of July on the beautiful field of the Brussels Tigers, Evere. See their website for directions and other useful information.

For now, let’s all get fired up for the semifinal in Amsterdam that will decide who will face the Trojans in the final!

The final score update and ranking after the last regular season play round has been played.

Everything is set for the playoffs on the 22nd of June.

The road to the final goes through Amsterdam.

On the 22nd of June the Brussels Black Angels will once again square up against the Amsterdam Crusaders on their home turf.

There will be a Live Stream of this game, of course.

The winner of this match will meet up with the Rotterdam Trojans, that clinched a berth in the finals by securing the #1 seed yesterday.

The final is on the 6th of July.

Next week will be the last play round of the regular season.

Trojans will go on the road to play the Nitro’s and the Crusaders will go to Brussels to play against the Tigers.

The Crusaders have already clinched Home field advantage for the semifinal on the 22nd of June. That is if Kasteel Nitros will not be the proverbial ‘banana peel’ for Trojans to slip up.
